Kevin has spent the majority of his life in or around swimming. He has swam competitively for the past 16 years and has competed at some of the sport's highest levels. Growing up in Southern California, Coach Kevin became one of the best collegiate recruits in 2019 and got a scholarship to swim at the University of Florida. He helped the Gators win four straight SEC team titles and earned All-American and Honorable All-American Honors. He was a USA Swimming National Team member from 2022-2023. Kevin was crowned a champion at the 2022 Phillips 66 National Championships in the 400 IM, becoming the 9th American ever. Coach Kevin's goal is to use all the knowledge he has gathered through his journey to help guide and coach athletes to their next steps in becoming elite swimmers.
He is also fluent in both Spanish and English.
