• Danny has been coaching swimming since 2019 His love for the water began at a very young age. He was the kid you couldn’t get out of the pool. That love for the water transformed into a love for the water polo game at age 8. In 2016 Danny moved to Gainesville, FL, from Madrid, Spain, to begin High School, where he continued his water polo career and swam for the Gainesville High School swim team. After graduating High School, he moved to Barcelona to continue playing water polo with BIWPA and Club Natació Sant Feliu. Now back in Gainesville, Coach Danny has taught swimmers aged 4-52 with Sun Country, Gator Water Polo Club, and Swim Tech. Coach Danny always looks forward to sharing his love for the water, whether learning to swim, trying to tread water for the first time, or competing. Coach Danny graduated from F.I.R.S.T. Institute in Orlando and is working on building his career in photography and videography, offering swim lessons around his projects such as short films, events, and concerts. Coach Danny loves traveling, music, his dog, and nature.
