The goal of Swim Tech Gainesville is to provide strength training to swimmers and other athletes in support of their team training and individual goals. Athletes will receive strength training individually or in small groups.
Session Bundles and Scheduling
Strength training sessions are 45–60 minutes in length, as single sessions or bundles of eight. All sessions are by appointment only, with the schedule to be coordinated between the trainer/ coach, the facility, and the athletes.
If choosing the eight-session bundle option, re-enrollment is continuous unless cancelled by the user.
Fees
Strength training session fees are to be paid upon completion of the single or bundle by credit card, check, or cash, within 7 days of receipt of electronic invoice. If payment is not received by the invoice due date, any future sessions will be cancelled until the balance is paid in full. Once payment is received, we will reinstate the enrollment and sessions can resume.
Expectations and Requirements
Users must have a current USA Swimming, US Masters Swimming, or USA Water Polo membership.
If the user does not comply with Swim Tech Gainesville’s COVID-19 or other policies, Swim Tech Gainesville reserves the right to terminate access to the facility and coaches.
Notice of cancellation of account with Swim Tech Gainesville must be provided in writing to admin@swimtechgainesville.com (it is not sufficient to inform trainer/coach of intent to cancel). At time of cancellation, payment for all sessions within the current 8-session package will be due, even if unused sessions remain.
If a scheduled session is missed without 12-hours advance notification to the instructor and the facility, it will still count against the total bundle sessions.
